Agreement
By creating an account or using BigRank, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company to them.

Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the activity in your workspace, for keeping your login details safe, and for the people you invite. Give us accurate information and tell us quickly if you think an account has been compromised.
Only add websites that you own or have permission to audit and monitor.
Plans, trials and billing
New workspaces can start with a free 7-day trial. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Coupons and promotions apply only as described when they are offered.
Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and data above the new plan's limits stays available in read-only form.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short, use the service lawfully, respect the limits of your plan, and only crawl sites you have the right to audit.
Customer data
You keep ownership of the data you bring to the service and of the reports produced about your sites. You give us permission to process that data only to provide, secure and improve the service for you.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we handle, and the Data Processing Agreement covers processing on your behalf.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running and useful, but it may sometimes be unavailable or change. Features, integrations and limits may be added, updated or retired over time, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect you.
Some results depend on third-party services such as search engines and connected tools, which we do not control.
Termination
You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we are required to by law.
After termination, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. SEO and monitoring data are guidance, and we do not guarantee particular rankings, traffic or business results.
To the extent the law allows, Next Combinator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the period set out in the final version of these terms.
