When does my trial start?

Your 7-day trial starts when you check out. You get the full features of the plan you pick.

Can I cancel before I'm charged?

Yes. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the billing period, and data above the new limits is kept read-only.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

A payment method is collected at checkout so your plan continues smoothly after the trial. You can cancel before it ends.

How does yearly billing work?

You pay for 10 months and get 12. The yearly price is charged once at the start of the year.

Who handles taxes and invoices?

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which calculates sales tax or VAT and issues invoices automatically.
