Free trial
New workspaces can try the service free for 7 days. You can cancel during the trial from your workspace settings, and cancelling before the trial ends means you are not charged.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that.
Refunds
If you were charged by mistake or believe a charge is wrong, contact hello@bigrank.si and we will review it. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we honor it.
Outside of those cases, payments for a period that has already started are generally not refunded, and this will be confirmed in the final version of this policy.
Plan changes
You can upgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly billing, whenever you like. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, and any data above the new plan's limits stays available in read-only form.
Merchant of record
Our payment provider acts as merchant of record and processes payments, taxes and invoices on our behalf. Refunds are issued through the same provider, to the original payment method.
