What does BigRank give an in-house marketing team?

BigRank puts Search Console performance, technical audits, cookieless web analytics and Core Web Vitals in one workspace, with organic keyword data on Max and Ultra. Everyone works in the same projects, and roles decide who can change settings.

How many people can join a workspace?
Pro includes 5 seats, Max 15 and Ultra 30. Invite teammates by email and give each one a role.
Can stakeholders view without editing?
Yes. The Client/Viewer role is read-only, which suits executives and partners who only need results.
Can we bring in traffic data?
Yes. Install the lightweight tracking script for visitors, referrers and top pages, or connect Cloudflare for traffic and page views.
Can developers get exact URLs?
Yes. Audit tables export to CSV and XLSX, and each link lists the source pages it appears on.

Why in-house SEO stalls between teams

Marketing watches traffic, content watches rankings and engineering watches releases. When each team uses its own tool, nobody sees how a change in one place shows up in search.

  • Numbers that don't match

Search Console, an analytics tool and a rank tracker each report a different slice, and meetings start with deciding which one is right.

  • Slow handoffs to engineering

Findings stuck in slide decks reach developers without the URLs, source pages or context they need to act.

  • Releases that quietly cost traffic

A template change can slow pages or add a noindex tag, and nobody notices until clicks have already dropped.

Search Console data the whole team can read

Connect Search Console once with read-only access. Clicks, impressions, CTR and average position are broken down by query, page, country and device, with date-range comparison and up to 16 months of history from the day you connect.

  • Queries for each page, opened from the audit
  • Bing Webmaster data stored alongside
  • Quick Wins built from the same data

Plan content around the queries you already earn

Organic Keywords lists each query the site gets impressions for, with position, clicks and the ranking URL, and labels it by search intent. Organic Pages groups the same data by URL.

Traffic numbers without cookies

A tracking script under 2 KB records pageviews, unique visitors, referrers, UTM campaigns, countries and devices without setting cookies. If the site runs on Cloudflare, connect it instead.

Catch slower releases before they cost rankings

Lighthouse tests your key pages each day on mobile and desktop and rates each metric Good, Needs improvement or Poor. A regression alert reaches the team when a score drops.

How a marketing team runs SEO from one workspace

A shared loop that keeps marketing, content and engineering working from the same evidence.

  1. Connect the sources

Add the site, connect Search Console and install the tracking script or link Cloudflare.

  2. Agree on priorities

Review Quick Wins and the audit together, then decide what content and engineering each take on.

  3. Hand off with evidence

Export the affected URLs and source pages so developers and writers get clear tickets.

  4. Watch releases

Daily Core Web Vitals tests and alerts flag a slower template or a ranking drop after a launch.

  5. Report to leadership

Build a PDF with the health score, search performance and completed work for the monthly review.

How marketing teams use it day to day

Recurring jobs where marketers, writers and developers need the same facts.

  • Content performance reviews

See which articles gained or lost clicks this period and which need a refresh.

  • Technical backlog

Keep a ranked list of audit issues that engineering can pull into each sprint.

  • Campaign launch checks

Crawl new landing pages for titles, canonicals and noindex tags as soon as they go live.

  • UTM campaign tracking

Compare the traffic each campaign brings, using the UTM parameters in your links.

  • Visibility without clicks

Find queries where impressions grew but clicks stayed flat, a sign the snippet or position needs work.

  • Cannibalization checks

Spot queries where two of your pages split the clicks, and decide which one should own the topic.

  • Leadership updates

Share a PDF with the health score, rankings and search performance each month.

Built for teams that own SEO in-house

BigRank fits companies that run SEO in-house and want marketing, content and engineering to share one workspace with clear roles.

  • Teams of up to 30 people on Ultra
  • Marketing teams that own one site or a handful
  • Content teams that plan from search data
  • Companies that report SEO results to leadership

Marketing Teams FAQ

Answers about roles, data sources and how the team shares work.

What roles are available?

Owner, Admin, Member and Client/Viewer. Owners handle billing, Admins manage members and projects, Members work in projects and Client/Viewers have read-only access.

Is there an audit log?

Yes. Owners and Admins can review a log of important workspace actions.

Which Search Console access does it need?

Read-only. You connect with Google and the project is matched to its property, either a domain or a URL-prefix property.

Does the tracking script use cookies?

No. Unique visitors are counted with a salted hash that rotates daily, so no cookies are set.

Which changes trigger alerts?

Ranking drops, downtime, Core Web Vitals regressions and new critical issues, in the in-app notification center and by email.

Can we track more than one site?

Yes. Each site is its own project: up to 5 on Pro, 15 on Max and 50 on Ultra.
